What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Oversee M&A integration activities aligning with strategic priorities of the organization
• Manage projects from initiation through delivery using project management methodologies
• Serve as a liaison between business areas, IT, and vendors to ensure operational success
• Conduct analysis and provide recommendations for operational improvements
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business outcomes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, information technology, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of consulting or relevant leadership experience
• Proficient knowledge in four or more business operations disciplines
• Strong leadership, organization, integration, and execution skills
• Certification in PX Essentials and Root Cause Analysis training, or equivalent

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Master’s degree and people management experience
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification
• Experience in a highly autonomous and collaborative environment
• Familiarity with change management and process improvement methodologies
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
