Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our boutique strategic

management consulting team. As a consultant, you will work remotely with global clients

based in Europe and US to help solve complex business problems, drive transformational

change, and create value. You will be responsible for analyzing data, developing

recommendations, and presenting findings to clients. You will collaborate with teams of

consultants and client to design, develop, and implement solutions that drive positive impact.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams of consultants and client stakeholders to design, develop, and

implement solutions that drive measurable results

• Conduct research, analyze data, and develop insights to help clients solve complex

business problems

• Develop clear, concise, compelling recommendation and presentations to clients

• Simplify complex problems and issues to develop solutions and actionable insights

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to build trust-based

relationships and drive impact

• Being able to deliver high quality results working remotely and with limited

management oversight

• Stay up-to-date on latest analytical tools and best practices to continuously improve

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, statistics, economics or a related field

• Min 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, analytics or a related field

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into insights

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in teams

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, PowerBI

• Trustworthy, self-driven, having a “win-win” mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in firms such as BCG, Accenture, EY, ZS, or similar

• Proficiency in machine learning and advanced analytics languages (R, Python)

• Experience working with large datasets and relational databases
