This is a remote, work at home position but may require occasional work on site at our KY HQ location. Candidates must have internet connectivity with 20Mbps or higher speeds.
Candidates must pass an extensive background check and credit check to begin work. Candidates must be eligible to obtain a government security clearance and cannot be delinquent on any Federal debt.
Job Summary
The multi-project Contact Center Program Manager will oversee multiple contact center projects, ensuring the successful delivery of services to federal government clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of contact center operations and federal government contracting, including how to effectively manage T&M and Fixed Price contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate multiple contact center projects simultaneously.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with federal government contract requirements and regulations.
- Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals and objectives, while providing excellent customer service.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Effectively manage programs to achieve profit targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in contact center management, with a focus on federal government contracts -OR- 10 years of contact center management experience.
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects successfully.
- Knowledge of federal government contracting regulations and requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
