    About the Role: Customer Sales and Service Manager 

    As the Customer Sales and Service Manager, you will lead the frontline customer experience. You will build, develop, and inspire a high-performing customer sales and service team, serving both residential and small business customers. With your strategic mindset, you’ll ensure we meet our ambitious growth goals while delivering exceptional service outcomes. 

    This is a dynamic role based in our Geelong office, with some travel to our Melbourne CBD office and some flexibility to work from home.  

    Key Responsibilities: 

    Strategic Sales Planning: Design and implement effective sales strategies to expand our mass market and small business customer base nationwide. 

    Sales Channel Management: Oversee both internal and external sales channels, making strategic recommendations to achieve targets, enhance sales quality, and maintain compliance. 

    Customer Experience Excellence: Drive continuous improvements in customer satisfaction by proactively managing feedback and refining touchpoints. 

    Service Delivery: Establish and implement best practices in line with our “first call resolution” philosophy, ensuring consistent, top-tier service delivery. 

    Workforce Planning: Analyse and plan workforce needs across multiple sites, optimizing staffing efficiency and key performance outcomes. 

    Management Reporting: Develop comprehensive sales and service reports to guide decision-making and drive strategic adjustments when needed. 

    Process Improvement: Identify and refine procedures to consistently manage customer interactions and efficiently onboard new team members and partners. 

    What You’ll Bring: 

    • Proven experience as a Call Centre Manager within industries such as Insurance, Health, Telco, Energy, Banking, or Finance. 
    • A deep understanding of customer service excellence and a proactive approach to improving customer experience. 
    • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing sales and service teams. 
    • Expertise in managing sales channels and delivering strategic growth initiatives. 
    • A keen eye for compliance, risk management, and quality improvement within a regulated industry. 
    • Advanced skills in workforce planning and optimizing staffing efficiencies to achieve key performance outcomes. 
    • Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to analyse data and make strategic recommendations for improvement. 
    • Experience working with and presenting to Senior Management teams, demonstrating the ability to influence key stakeholders and drive positive business outcomes.
