Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative, organized, and driven individual to take on a hybrid role that combines content creation, video editing, and business development. You will be responsible for developing engaging business content for our company’s platforms while also driving business growth by building and maintaining client relationships. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is both creative and business-savvy, with a passion for visual content and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Video Editing:
Create, edit, and produce high-quality videos, graphics, and multimedia content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Design engaging visual and written content for the company’s digital platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and company blogs.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with our brand message and goals.
Business Development:
Communicate with prospective and current clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored creative solutions.
Develop and execute strategies to grow the company’s client base and business portfolio.
Manage client inquiries, conduct meetings, and build long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new business opportunities.
Marketing & Strategy:
Support the development of business proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
Manage and monitor the company’s social media accounts, ensuring regular content updates that drive engagement and business inquiries.
Track the performance of online content and campaigns, adjusting strategies based on insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in content creation and video editing (portfolio required).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content optimization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-oriented approach.
Ability to multitask, manage projects, and work independently.
Experience in business development, sales, or client relations is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through visual media.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO and social media advertising, is preferred.
