Job Overview
We are searching for a dedicated Content Editor with a passion for language and a meticulous attention to detail. If you have a flair for refining written material and an interest in fashion and home goods, this role is designed for you. You will manage our interior design and fashion accounts while working closely with a talented group of Content Editors, Creative Directors, Copywriters, and Engagement Managers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all content is clear, accurate, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and refine content for grammar, punctuation, clarity, consistency, style, and overall quality for fashion and home goods initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to generate and enhance ideas, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice, style, and messaging.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of brand and project style guidelines.
- Assist the Creative team with fact-checking and editing throughout the development of digital assets.
- Provide constructive and actionable feedback to writers to facilitate adherence to editorial standards.
- Uphold high-quality benchmarks for all content, ensuring it meets client objectives and resonates effectively with target audiences.
- Assess content submissions for legal, ethical, or policy considerations, conducting necessary reviews.
- Support the development and maintenance of review processes.
Required Skills
- 3 to 5 years of editorial experience, ideally within an agency setting focused on entertainment or brand clients.
- Strong fact-checking abilities with experience relevant to specific client brands.
- Exceptional editorial skills, emphasizing grammar, punctuation, style, tone, and formatting.
- Excellent research, proofreading, and fact-checking competencies.
- Familiarity with social media marketing dynamics, particularly on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with stringent deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Confidence in discussing topics related to home goods, fashion, and entertainment.
- Familiarity with APA, MLA, and Chicago style guides.

Salary & Compensation
In accordance with local and state laws, the salary range for this position is (70,000 – )80,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. We are committed to providing competitive salaries while ensuring pay equity across the organization.
