About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Content Manager to lead the strategic planning and high-quality execution of brand content across multiple channels (email, app, blog, leadgen). In this role, you will oversee agencies (email, SEO) and in-house creative team (copywriters and designers), ensuring all projects meet deadlines and align with business goals.
As a key leader, you will drive the content strategy to enhance our brand’s presence and impact.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a monthly content strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals and audience needs.
- Analyze content performance and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Challenge and inspire the team to explore creative ideas and new content formats.
- Collaborate with email and SEO agencies, design, and writing teams to produce high-quality, engaging content.
- Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring timely and organized content delivery.
- Personalize content for target segments, creating relevant and impactful messaging.
- Edit, proofread, and enhance content, maintaining excellence across channels.
- Oversee content uploads for the website and app, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Enhance social proof with customer success stories, expert-driven content, and trust-building claims.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Content Marketing Manager.
- Perfectionist mindset with attention to detail and passion for flawless content.
- Empathetic and user-focused, with a deep understanding of audience pain points and preferences.
- Highly responsible and able to manage a large workload efficiently.
- Strong editorial mindset with an eye for audience trends and risk avoidance.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and writing skills in English.
Details
The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours and overlap with the US team timezone.
