Job Description

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Content Manager.

In this role, you will support the Head of Content and Director of Marketing regarding all of our content and SEO needs for MBG Digital.

Additionally, the role requires bringing project management skills, a strong sense for content quality standards and brand voice definition. We want a person that knows how to improve content quality and brand identity across the board in an efficient and effective manner.

This person has editorial and iGaming experience and knows how to scale processes and build brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between content writers and SEO specialists and Head of Content to align strategies.
• Ensure content follows SEO best practices while maintaining creativity and engagement.
• Oversee the entire content process from ideation to publication, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain high content quality standards, ensuring it is error-free, engaging, and on-brand.
• Regularly review content for consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all brands.
• Provide feedback to writers to improve content quality, readability, and SEO performance.
• Define the standards and set best in class content quality measurements.
• Define and refine the tone of voice for each brand, aligning with target audiences and brand values.
• Support the Head of Content on initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with SEO specialists and cross-functional teams to optimize content performance and strategies.
• Mentor and train content writers on tone of voice, brand guidelines, and SEO best practices.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in content management, preferably in the iGaming or casino industry.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic understanding of web analytics.
• Familiarity with content marketing strategies and digital marketing channels.
• You know how to build and manage a content development strategy
• Commercially driven and have a strong understanding of what converts
• You need to be a self starter.
