We are seeking a talented and driven Content Manager to join our dynamic ad agency. This role will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing content across various channels, ensuring that it aligns with our clients’ brand voice and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling, a knack for producing engaging content, and the ability to drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive content strategies that align with their brand identity, goals, and target audience.
  • Develop content plans for websites, social media channels, blogs, PR, client communications, and events.
  • Customize strategies for various platforms, ensuring optimal reach and engagement for each channel.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Write compelling and high-quality content for all client requirements, including blog posts, newsletters, press releases, website copy, social media posts, event promotions, and more.
  • Tailor content to specific audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all content in line with project timelines and campaign schedules.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Work closely with digital marketing managers to align content with SEO, paid media, and organic social strategies.
  • Partner with the design team to create visually appealing creatives, infographics, and multimedia elements to support content.

Performance Tracking and Optimization:

  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track the performance of content and identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuously refine and improve content strategies based on data insights to increase engagement, website traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Report on the effectiveness of content, providing insights into what works and what doesn’t.

Client Communication and Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all content-related needs, managing expectations and delivering results that align with client goals.
  • Provide ongoing updates and reports on content performance to clients, including key metrics like engagement rates, lead generation, and subscription growth.

Lead Generation and Growth:

  • Develop and execute content strategies designed to drive lead generation, blog subscriptions, social media followers, and website visits.
  • Create CTAs and conversion-driven content that encourages audience interaction and lead capture.
  • Track, measure, and report on lead generation performance from content marketing efforts.

Trend Analysis and Adaptation:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media algorithms, content formats, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Adjust content strategies to capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities for client success.

Content Calendar and Workflow Management:

  • Develop and maintain an organized content calendar, ensuring a steady flow of relevant content across all channels.
  • Manage internal workflows, deadlines, and approval processes for content production and delivery.

Training and Mentorship:

  • Train and mentor junior writers and content creators within the team, ensuring high-quality content output across all projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or content strategy, ideally within an ad agency or marketing environment.
  • Proven track record of developing successful content strategies and executing campaigns.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media platforms, and content marketing best practices.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Experience with lead generation campaigns and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
