Content Manager (Remote)

With the aim of providing easily customizable online pre-employment assessment tests, eSkill Corporation has developed into a global leader in employment-related skills testing. eSkill provides organizations with a web-based skill testing service. Specifically, the eSkill application lets hiring and training managers configure tests from our extensive subject library to match their hiring and training needs and reduce the risk of hiring failures and discrimination litigation.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Manager to join our team at eSkill.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in content development and

management, particularly within the technology sector. This role is pivotal in maintaining

and expanding our extensive content library, which is essential for our pre-employment

testing solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content management, preferably in the tech industry.
• Strong network management skills, with experience in sourcing and managing subject matter experts.
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage a large volume of high-quality content.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic design skills to support content development.
• Fluent in English with strong understanding of grammar and language bias

Nice To Have

• Knowledge of French, or Spanish a plus.
• Experience with Articulate 360 and AI tools for innovative content development solutions.

Responsibilities

• Content Development and Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of a diverse content library, currently comprising over 800 subjects, with a focus on technology-related topics.
• Articulate 360 Coordination: Work closely with Articulate 360 to create compelling simulators for assessment purposes, enhancing the quality and engagement of our testing solutions.
• Monitor and Ensure Accessibility: Ensure content meets WCAG compliance and other industry standard inclusion requirements. Monitor accessibility trends.
• Subject Matter Expert Network: Cultivate and sustain relationships with subject matter experts. Source, hire, and manage these specialists to ensure the highest quality of content.
• Assessment Creation and Roadmap Development: Lead the development of scenario-based assessments, ensuring each is meticulously crafted with 50 to 200 questions. Develop and follow a strategic roadmap that anticipates and addresses trending job positions and high-demand assessments for our clients.
• Market and Client Analysis: Perform analysis related to content usage, staying informed about client needs and market trends. Anticipate demand and develop assessments with high potential usage.
• Feedback and Improvement: Respond to content feedback and make necessary improvements to questions, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
• Basic Design Tasks: Perform basic design tasks to support content presentation and engagement for simulators and questions.
• Process Optimization: Drive innovation in content development processes. Implement tools like Articulate to enhance production speed and efficiency.
• AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of AI into content development, including translation services, to expand offerings and increase revenue streams.
• Budget Management: Strategically manage content development budgets to maximize quality while minimizing costs.
