Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clients with consistent, data-driven reports that highlight metrics linked to revenue and SQLs rather than MQLs.
  • Mentor your team in adhering to industry best practices encompassing financial modeling, customer generation strategies, SERP share, and producing impactful content.
  • Investigate and implement cutting-edge technologies, such as generative AI and programmatic SEO, while experimenting with new content formats and distribution channels.
  • Assist Strategists by facilitating client approval processes and eliminating obstacles.
  • Establish structure, set clear expectations, and empower your team through effective communication.
  • Present insights and strategies confidently to marketing leaders and C-suite stakeholders, fostering trust and driving impactful outcomes.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO and content marketing strategies, including keyword analysis, forecasting, content planning, and production.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to transform insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills suitable for client-facing interactions, including presentations to C-suite executives.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • A portfolio showcasing results-driven organic strategies for B2B SaaS or tech clients.
  • Experience in client pitching, upselling, and securing renewals.
  • A passion for innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Previous agency experience with exposure to B2B SaaS/Tech is preferred.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation: A living wage complemented by performance-based bonuses.
  • Health Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans with employer-paid options.
  • Wellness Support: Access to mental health resources, a Headspace membership, and gym services via Gympass.
  • Time Off: Unlimited PTO, a minimum of two weeks vacation, paid company holidays, and a year-end recharge period.
  • Retirement Savings: Traditional and Roth 401(k) plans with company matching.
  • Celebrations: Annual anniversary trips with peers and leadership.
