Responsibilities

The role encompasses the strategy and execution of content marketing initiatives for events, webinars, and video content in EMEA to generate customer demand. You will help amplify the messages and stories our customers and prospects see as well as ensure their quality through native language proficiency.

  • Create compelling content across multiple channels to support EMEA-wide demand generation activities. Aligned to the company’s marketing goals, execute content marketing initiatives that corelate with market trends and serve customer demand
  • Drive agenda, storyline and content creation that strengthens TeamViewer’s positioning at tradeshows as well as TeamViewer hosted customer events in EMEA
  • Develop captivating storylines for thought leadership content supporting local brand awareness, especially within the OT space
  • Craft and execute compelling EMEA webinars from start to finish, including agenda development, speaker selection, and content creation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams (Brand, Operations, Performance, Product) to ensure target audience specificity for our demand and lead generation strategies that deliver sales and customer retention

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in content marketing, journalism, corporate communications, or copywriting
  • English nativeness is mandatory. Further languages are a plus
  • Very good writing, editing, reviewing, and storytelling skills
  • Hands-on mentality paired with the ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • High degree of self-reliance to identify content needs pro-actively
  • Enthusiasm for new, innovative, and technical subjects along with an understanding of customer and market requirements, trends, and developments in the IT industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to interact with technical and business leaders
  • Ability to multi-task with a solution-oriented attitude
  • A detail-oriented and well-organized way of working paired with efficient time management
