Content Marketing Manager (Remote)

30 Minutes to President’s Club (30MPC) is the top media company in sales behind the #1 sales podcast and bestselling book, Cold Calling Sucks (And That’s Why It Works).

We’re known for putting out the most actionable sales content out there without the fluff — and now we’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to own 3 critical rocks of our content business.

Your Role

1. The Podcast: You’ll own the entire editing and production process, working with editors to ensure episodes and clips are packed with tactical insights.
2. Social Media Strategy: Take the greatest moments from 30MPC content, then design and execute a killer social strategy that pops on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
3. The Community: Transform our Club Pass into the most engaging experience in sales. Help us plan new course launches, build a training calendar that gets reps to the next level, and create an experience that drives connection between members in the community.
4. Everything Else: Whether you’re launching our first swag line or coming up with a sponsored concept that pushes the edge, it’s your job to make the fun, 30MPC content a reality.

What You Bring

• You have 3+ years of content marketing experience ideally in sales, tech, or B2C at a brand with NON-vanilla content.
• You create tactical, fluff-free content with top 1% copywriting skills that cuts through the noise (no “digital transformation white papers”).
• You’re a social media savant. You know how to spot a viral TikTok hook a million miles away. You know how to manage a social media schedule and capture the most compelling moments across all of our channels.
• A strong eye for design. As sales people, we need your help here. If you’re working with a graphic designer, the landing pages can’t look like they came out of MS Paint!

• Compensation: We pay at the 75th percentile and include performance-based bonuses for key roles to reward top performers.

• Location (Remote + Retreats!): You’ll be working with me, Armand Farrokh. I’m based in NYC, but my two cofounders are in LA and Houston. So if you’re close to one of those hubs, great! But we work remotely most of the time and get together once per quarter so we can remember that we’re not holograms.
