Job Overview
In this pivotal role, you will be a key driver of our content marketing initiatives, supporting our growth objectives through creative storytelling, impactful campaigns, and high-quality marketing materials. You will collaborate with practice leaders and sales teams to develop messaging that showcases our exceptional service offerings and strengthens client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Content & Collateral Development: Provide our sales and practice leaders with compelling tools and resources that engage clients, bolster sales initiatives, and generate leads.
- Campaign Management: Strategically plan, launch, and oversee multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media, webinars, newsletters, videos, eBooks, podcasts, and partner-led initiatives.
- Event Coordination: Manage logistics and technical setups for virtual and in-person events, including webinars, podcasts, and discussion panels to foster engagement and establish thought leadership.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Align marketing strategies with company objectives and adapt approaches for regional or industry-specific initiatives.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize HubSpot to track, report, and enhance campaign performance based on insights and analytics.
- Market Awareness: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive positioning, and digital tools to infuse innovation into our marketing practices.
- Vendor & Freelance Management: Oversee coordination with external vendors and freelancers as required.
Required Skills
- Proven success in content marketing and digital campaigns that generate leads across various platforms (e.g., email, social media).
- Exceptional writing and storytelling capabilities, demonstrated through a portfolio showcasing engaging and persuasive content.
- Strong collaborative mindset, adept at establishing trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders and working within teams to bring creative ideas to fruition.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a comprehensive content calendar and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in HubSpot for campaign tracking, lead sourcing, email automation, and analytics.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of pivoting quickly when necessary.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation.
- Experience in professional services or consulting is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar platforms.

Compensation And Benefits
- Base Salary: (80,000 – )100,000 plus bonus opportunities
- Benefits: Paid time off, medical, dental, vision, HSA match (plan-dependent), 401(k), and cell phone stipend.
