    The Role

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with the company’s overall marketing goals and Go-To-Market strategy.
    • Create and manage a global content calendar including case studies, reports, research, blogs, checklists, infographics, webinars, and presentations.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, graphic designers, customer-facing teams as well as external thought-leaders and influencers.
    • Write, edit, and proofread content that demonstrates thought leadership, addresses customer challenges, and showcases our products/services’ value propositions.
    • Ongoing competitive and influencer monitoring to stay ahead of industry themes, opportunities, threats and gaps.
    • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and regularly report on key metrics, making data-driven adjustments to the content strategy as needed.
    • Manage content and updates to the JobAdder website, acting as the owner of the website’s content. Also liaise with technical developers to ensure correct design and functionality and manage developer requests and tickets for the website.
    • Collaborate with the wider marketing team and contribute to overall campaign planning and execution.
    • Work with the SEO agency, managing content and technical recommendations to optimize the site and improve organic search rankings.
    • Drive social media strategy and execution, leverage social media management tools to schedule posts, monitor conversations, and track social media performance.

    You

    • Experience in content marketing, copywriting, or related roles, preferably with some B2B experience.
    • Demonstrable experience managing organic acquisition. Proficiency in SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
    • Google Analytics, WordPress, and experience with CRM tools/marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
    • Demonstrated experience in creating a wide range of content types, from short-form social media posts to long-form whitepapers/ ebooks.
    • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and embrace continuous learning.
