Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a detailed content marketing strategy and calendar aimed at increasing brand visibility, audience engagement, and conversion rates across various channels.
- Oversee the entire content production lifecycle, from ideation to publication, ensuring adherence to our brand voice and maintaining high quality.
- Manage and enhance our social media presence by creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering audience interaction.
- Identify and harness thought leadership opportunities within the sector, collaborating with industry experts to enhance our authority and reach.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Client Success, and Sales teams to ensure content initiatives align with wider company objectives.
- Analyze and report on content performance metrics, providing insights for strategy refinement and optimization to meet business goals.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing, ideally within high-growth or B2G environments.
- Proven ability to create compelling, SEO-optimized content while managing production schedules effectively.
- Excellent relationship-building skills to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
- Experience in establishing a brand presence across diverse content channels and multimedia formats.
- Proficiency in social media management, including content scheduling and audience engagement strategies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools, content management systems (CMS), and analytical platforms.
