Content Marketing Manager Wfh | Get It Recruit – Marketing | United States
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Content Manager to lead our content marketing efforts! In this role, you’ll develop, curate, and manage engaging content that answers our customers’ most important questions. Guided by the principles of “They Ask, You Answer,” your focus will be on creating valuable content that educates and empowers customers throughout their buying journey. This role is key to our inbound marketing success and will involve close collaboration with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure content aligns with business goals and delivers measurable results.
This is a full-time, remote opportunity, open to qualified candidates in Canada or the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation: Develop a comprehensive content strategy that educates and informs our audience. Your content will address key customer questions and pain points, positioning the company as a trusted resource and expert.
SEO & Performance Optimization: Use SEO best practices to produce content that ranks highly in search engines, driving organic traffic. Leverage tools like Google Analytics to track performance and continually improve content visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to understand customer needs, objections, and FAQs. This collaboration will help you craft content that aligns with our They Ask, You Answer methodology, ensuring a unified voice across all platforms.
Content Calendar Management: Maintain a content calendar, ensuring that content is consistently published in line with marketing goals and customer needs.
Video Content Development: Plan, script, and produce video content that engages the audience. Focus on transparency and answering key customer questions through visual storytelling.
Editorial Oversight: Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, tone, and messaging, with a focus on honesty and transparency.
Keyword Strategy & SEO: Develop and implement keyword strategies based on customer searches to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
Content Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) using analytics tools, and adjust strategies based on insights to boost engagement and lead generation.
Embrace Trends & Technologies: Stay updated on the latest content marketing trends and tools, including AI-driven technologies, experimenting with innovative content formats to keep the company ahead of the curve.
Sales & Marketing Alignment: Work with sales teams to create content that addresses common objections and customer challenges, ensuring smooth alignment between marketing and sales and facilitating a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications
5+ years of content marketing experience, preferably in B2B.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven expertise in SEO, content management systems (e.g., HubSpot), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and provide clear, helpful information.
Experience with video content production.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Collaborative mindset, with experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams.
Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools is a plus.
