About the Job:

This role will suit someone who has a very high attention to detail and is used to working online and with various online tools and software. Working as a part of a global team, reporting to the Customer Success Operations Manager in Australia, and working from home in Australia, you will be responsible for:

• Managing all product-related content for new and existing websites/apps across the Smartvisit group
• Creation of new products within the CMS and execution of changes to existing content
• Repurposing supplied copy into our style and tone of voice and updating within the content management systems
• Ensuring all products are accurate and regularly updated on all channels including web, mobile app, and third-party sites
• Updating CMS content and structure as part of our SEO and conversion optimizations
• Schedule and train new clients on the Smartvisit Web CMS dashboard
• Become an expert Smartvisit app user and stay on top of all new feature releases
• Communicate across teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Provide valuable feedback to the development team
• Help develop, improve, and implement standard operating procedures
• Resizing images, updating blogs to increase SEO enhancements
• Regular auditing of our website content and products
• You will collaborate with marketing, UX/UI, and sales in the company to produce content that drives customer awareness and conversion
• Collating reports
• You may occasionally be required to meet in person with other team members.

About You:

• Comfortable multitasking, and prioritising different projects
• An excellent verbal and written communicator in English
• Adept at building relationships with others
• An eagle eye for detail
• A customer-first attitude
• Have the ability to write website/online copy to help drive website search results
• Superior writing skills with impeccable spelling and grammar
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience working on websites/apps or CRMs
• Role is suitable for a junior or graduate.

Favourable:

• Experience with website content management software such as Strapi
• Fluency in other languages is a plus but not required
• Basic HTML text formatting knowledge is helpful
