We are a dynamic 360 Creative Agency poised to revolutionize the creative and tech industry with our innovative approach and cutting-edge solutions. We are seeking an experienced and creative Content & Social Media Manager to lead the development, execution, and management of content strategies across various digital platforms. This role involves creating engaging content, generating innovative ideas for short form videos coordinating with designers, SEO specialists and media buyers, and analyzing performance data to ensure consistent growth across social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand voice, brand identity, digital trends, and social media algorithms, along with the ability to craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. Experience in the GCC market is a must, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns that resonate within the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Development: Create, plan, and manage content strategies for multiple social media platforms including Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others. Ensure content aligns with brand messaging, company goals, and audience engagement.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of social media accounts and calendars.
  • Video Production: Generate creative concepts for social media reels, podcasts and other forms, working closely with the video editor and production team to ensure timely and high-quality outputs.
  • Collaborating with Design & Media Buying Teams: Liaise with graphic designers, media buyers, and other departments to ensure cohesive visual identity and advertising strategy. Ensure campaigns meet objectives and are executed efficiently.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, audience behaviors, and opportunities for growth. Use insights to shape content strategies and campaign development.
  • Strategy Development & Execution: Develop social media marketing strategies, define action plans, and optimize performance to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to adjust campaigns as needed. Ensure KPIs are met for traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Community Engagement: Oversee community engagement efforts by cultivating strong relationships with followers, influencers, and customers, fostering an interactive and supportive online community that reflects the brand’s values and encourages active participation.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Content & Social Media Manager, preferably within a creative agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends.
  • Proven experience managing all aspects of content creation, including copywriting, video production, and graphic design.
  • Knowledge of paid social campaigns, media buying processes, reading insights and reports and digital marketing practices.
  • Experience in Real Estate, F&B, E-commerce, and SaaS is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience conducting market research and implementing actionable insights.
  • Professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
