About Our Client
A dynamic alternative investing platform is seeking a talented Content & Social Media Manager to join its fast-growing team. In this role, you will develop and execute content strategies that educate retail investors about alternative assets, while driving user acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate will be energetic, creatively minded, well-organized, witty, and self-motivated. A day in the life
– Create compelling, financially savvy content across multiple formats, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, videos, and webinars.
– Develop an editorial calendar and content strategy aligned with investor education needs and business goals while identifying areas of opportunity.
– Monitor new communication tools and tactics to uncover opportunities for reaching target audiences.
– Collaborate with product, design, and growth teams to create content about diverse offerings.
– Analyze content performance metrics and optimize based on data insights.
– Utilize key customer and behavioral data to drive engaging and relevant customer communication strategies that yield business impact.
– Stay informed on alternative investment trends and regulations to inform content strategy.
– Execute and maintain the brand’s tone and messaging across social media.
– Grow the customer base by providing regular, helpful content that educates on alternative investments.
– Oversee day-to-day community management across owned social channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Reddit, and YouTube while contributing content to the internal blog.
– Persuade others that your creative ideas are worth investing time and effort. This role is central to the marketing team, and others will depend on your work daily.
Your Experience
– Minimum 3-5 years of experience in content management, ideally within fintech or finance.
– Exceptional writing and editing skills with the capacity to convey complex topics in a simple manner.
– Strong understanding of personal finance, investing, and alternative assets.
– Experience producing content related to investing is essential.
– Knowledge of major social media platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, TikTok, Bluesky, etc.
– Proven experience creating and implementing effective content strategies.
– Ability to create visuals for your content using tools like Canva, Figma, etc.
– Strong writing experience and verbal communication skills.
– Strong analytical skills accompanied by experience in reporting and data analysis.
– A self-starter who can leverage cutting-edge tools to maximize their impact.
