About The Role
Join us as a fully remote Content Specialist and become an integral part of our dynamic, collaborative team! This role is perfect for a seasoned content creator with a knack for writing, design, and storytelling who’s ready to make an immediate impact. Although the role is remote, working hours are aligned with the East Coast time zone.
In this position, you’ll lead content creation efforts that blend persuasive communication with strategic design, helping drive meaningful results for our sales and marketing teams. If you excel at crafting high-quality content and are passionate about connecting with audiences through research, writing, and design, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and approve compelling written content, including blogs, white papers, and social media posts (primarily on LinkedIn).
Conduct in-depth research to identify and engage Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and support our sales team’s efforts to secure discovery meetings.
Create and approve engaging visuals and graphics for social media and marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility and message impact.
Design and prepare polished presentations in Google Slides or PowerPoint for sales pitches, customer meetings, and global events.
Develop graphics to support various sales and marketing activities, from online content to global events, community meet-ups, and conferences.
Assist with content creation to improve Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and boost website visibility.
Update website content to reflect product marketing initiatives, leveraging experience with tools like Webflow or WordPress.
Create and review video content that highlights customer stories and innovations.
Gather and analyze marketing data, such as event attendance and email campaign performance, to measure impact on revenue and provide insights for future initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3+ years in a similar content, marketing, or design role within a SaaS environment.
Graphic Design: At least 2 years of experience. Please include a portfolio with your application.
Writing & Editing: Strong writing and editing skills, capable of creating compelling content across formats.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and presentation tools (Google Slides, PowerPoint).
Web Content Management: Ability to create and manage website content; experience with Webflow preferred, but WordPress is acceptable.
Digital Content Creation: Ability to produce concise and engaging content for various digital channels, including blogs, emails, and social media.
Marketing Automation: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot is ideal.
Project Management: Experience in managing projects, events, or organized marketing initiatives is a plus.
Remote Work: Comfortable and efficient working remotely, utilizing tools like Email, Slack, Video Conferencing, and Phone for communication.
