  Job Description: Content Strategist – Fashion Brand

  Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and original content (images, videos, stories, etc.) that aligns with our brand’s voice and values.
  • Platform Management: Manage and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive community by actively engaging with our audience.
  • Collaboration: Partner with other influencers, brands, and internal teams to create collaborative content and amplify our reach.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse content performance using social media analytics tools, and provide regular reports on key metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates.
  • Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, consistently promoting our products, services, and values in an authentic and relatable manner.
  • Content Planning: Work with the marketing team to plan and execute social media content calendars and campaigns.

  Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Influencer with a strong online presence.
  • Expertise in content creation, including photography, videography, and editing skills.
  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey messages in an engaging and relatable way.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate unique content ideas that resonate with our target audience.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Google Analytics) to measure performance.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing trends and the ability to adapt to changing industry dynamics.

  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

  Pay: ₹23,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
