Key Responsibilities

Ready to own your content game? Here’s how you’ll shine as our Content Strategist in Brazil:

• Set the Strategy: Develop and own our posting strategy across our markets, targeting a minimum 15% engagement rate on content within six months.
• Content Calendar Boss: Keep our weekly LinkedIn posts, blogs, and customer articles on track and aligned with Topsort’s marketing goals.
• Lights, Camera, Action!: Create and post at least two short-form videos weekly on LinkedIn, tracking metrics and optimizing content based on performance.
• Data-Driven Wizardry: Dive into analytics to refine strategies and ensure our content delivers results.
• Collaborator Guru: Work closely with sales and product teams to craft killer sales enablement materials and regionalized documentation.
• Industry Connector: Build relationships with regional influencers and media outlets to amplify our voice.
• Event Powerhouse: Develop promotional content for Brazil-specific events, webinars, and campaigns.

What You Bring

We’re looking for a superstar who’s ready to make an impact:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (with excellent grades).
• 3+ years in content strategy, ideally in SaaS or tech.
• Proven success creating high-engagement content campaigns in Brazilian markets
• Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization.
• Experience with CMS, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
• Deep understanding of Brazilian cultural nuances and consumer behavior.
• B2B content creation experience
• Excited to be on camera—bonus points if you already create content!
