We are looking for a versatile individual who possesses a combination of graphic design, social media lead generation and administrative skills to support our team in various tasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Excel for data entry, MS PowerPoint for presentations, have a keen understanding of social media strategy, with the ability to generate leads through various channels adding their own creative touch. Additionally, proficiency in data collection, photo editing software such as Lightroom and Photoshop(preferred), email writing, and creative skills are highly desirable.
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks using MS Excel to maintain and update databases.
- Create visually appealing presentations using MS PowerPoint for internal and external meetings.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
- Collect and analyze data from social media and other sources to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Edit photos using Lightroom and Photoshop to enhance visual content for social media and marketing materials.
- Draft professional and engaging emails for internal and external communication.
- Contribute creative ideas and solutions to support various projects and initiatives within the company.
- Generate leads through research, outreach, and networking to identify prospective clients.
- Contact prospective clients via email, phone calls, or social media to initiate conversations and establish relationships.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data entry and analysis.
- Ability to learn new skills.
- Strong skills in MS PowerPoint for creating presentations.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing social media strategies.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with photo editing software such as Lightroom and Photoshop(preferred).
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft clear and concise emails.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
