Job Overview:

Metropolitan Group is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will craft high-quality English content for various web pages related to new real estate projects available for sale. The ideal candidate will excel in creating compelling CTAs and headings, ensuring maximum conversion rates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the performance of Metropolitan Group’s websites.

What You Will Do:

• Create high-quality English texts for various web pages featuring new real estate projects available for sale, following briefs provided by the marketing team.
• Research and fact-check required information online for specific web page sections, adhering to provided templates.
• Develop effective CTAs and headings to optimize web page conversions.
• Collaborate with layout designers and SEO specialists to ensure optimal performance of Metropolitan Group web pages.
• Implement and maintain the company’s tone of voice (ToV), tailoring content to resonate with diverse target audiences.

What We Are Looking For:

• Native or bilingual proficiency in English with exceptional writing skills.
• Proven experience creating web pages focused on sales, ideally in the real estate market.
• Expertise in crafting compelling CTAs and headings, with an understanding of emotional and rational triggers that drive conversions.
• Portfolio showcasing sales-focused web pages and other writing samples, such as social media posts, articles, and presentations.
