Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Content Writer to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in technical writing and a strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain accurate and comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, API documentation, and troubleshooting articles.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality content that communicates technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. This includes blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and technical articles.
- Research: Conduct thorough research to understand complex technical topics and ensure the content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, engineers, and developers to gather information and clarify technical details. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align content with overall business goals.
- Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, and style. Ensure all content adheres to company standards and technical accuracy.
- SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords and following SEO best practices to improve visibility and drive traffic.
- Feedback and Improvement: Continuously seek feedback and make improvements to content based on user engagement, analytics, and internal reviews.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in technical writing or content creation, preferably in a technical or IT-related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of technical concepts and the ability to quickly grasp complex information. Familiarity with technical terminology and tools is a plus.
- Writing Skills: Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail. Ability to present technical information in a clear and engaging manner.
- Research Abilities: Excellent research skills with the capability to understand and distill complex topics into understandable content.
- Tools: Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and tools like Google Docs or similar platforms. Experience with technical writing tools and software is an advantage.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Additional Information:
- Work-from-Home: Saturday is designated as a Work-from-Home day, while the remaining weekdays are office-based.
- Office Location: Our office is located in Lucknow Aliganj.
