Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of AI-based tools to streamline business operations and enhance decision-making processes.
• Oversee continuous improvement projects aimed at operational excellence across various departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement AI solutions.
• Manage and mentor a team of specialists or contractors to foster a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements and AI integrations.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI technology and continuous improvement methodologies to keep our business at the forefront of innovation.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance staff capabilities and understanding of new processes and tools.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings, proactively addressing any challenges and ensuring swift resolution to maintain project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management and AI implementations.
• Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex technological concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
• Proficiency in AI technologies and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
