With an increase in new projects being awarded in Sydney, the company is now seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join the business to work on a range of projects supporting the Project Manager as well as the project teams.

Role Responsibilities: 

• Prepare subcontractor procurement schedules, scopes, lettings, and packages.  
• Review, negotiate and finalize subcontracts.  
• Manage and track project expenditure inclusive of subcontractor claims.  
• Progress claim assistance and external variations.  
• Administration of RFIs to internal and external stakeholders. 

Role Requirements: 

• Have 3-5 years’ experience working for a construction fit-out or refurbishment business.  
• Hold relevant qualifications in construction management.  
• Have experience working on projects up to $5M+ in value.  
• Be well organised with a keen eye for detail.  
• Communicate effectively both written and verbally.  
• Have experience dealing with suppliers, negotiating, and finalizing contract agreements.
