With an increase in new projects being awarded in Sydney, the company is now seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join the business to work on a range of projects supporting the Project Manager as well as the project teams.
Role Responsibilities:Â
- Prepare subcontractor procurement schedules, scopes, lettings, and packages. Â
- Review, negotiate and finalize subcontracts. Â
- Manage and track project expenditure inclusive of subcontractor claims. Â
- Progress claim assistance and external variations. Â
- Administration of RFIs to internal and external stakeholders.Â
Role Requirements:Â
- Have 3-5 years’ experience working for a construction fit-out or refurbishment business. Â
- Hold relevant qualifications in construction management. Â
- Have experience working on projects up to $5M+ in value. Â
- Be well organised with a keen eye for detail. Â
- Communicate effectively both written and verbally. Â
- Have experience dealing with suppliers, negotiating, and finalizing contract agreements.Â
