Position Summary
1. To increase the Ultrafabrics market share across the UK, Contract Furniture and Dealer markets.
2. To drive and manage the Sales growth within the UK Contract Furniture Market.
3. Ensure the monthly and annual sales budget are met/exceeded.
4. Working in collaboration with the Ultrafabrics US Marketing team and Ultrafabrics Europe Marketing & Branding Manager to drive brand awareness and visibility across the UK Contract Furniture Market.
Principal Responsibilities/Duties:
1. Drive and manage the continued growth and sales of the UK Contract Furniture Market, developing clear strategies / Business plans to ensure continued sales growth.
2. Responsible for monthly reporting of business KPIs to the UK & European General Manager and Senior Leadership team & accurately producing sales forecasts for the UK Contract Furniture Market.
3. High level input into annual strategic planning process and the Sales & Marketing budgets.
4. Divisions under ownership: UK Contract Furniture Market.
5. Territory coverage: United Kingdom.
6.Continue building and establishing partnerships across the UK.
7. Working with both the Ultrafabrics UK, European and the US office to ensure global approach.
8. Drive sales and manage Key accounts in the UK Contract Furniture market securing specification &procurement.
9. Continue to increase Ultrafabrics brand exposure in the UK – promoting Ultrafabrics to all relevant stakeholders within the supply chain.
10. Strategic thinker who will target and source new commercial business opportunities.
11. Existing wealth of experience within and industry contacts across both the UK, Contract Furniture and supporting dealers Market.
12. Proven ability to develop lasting relationships with key clients to deliver growing sales.
13. Continually analysing customer, competitor, and industry trends in the UK and providing insight to both the UK business unit & the US HQ.
14. Confidently present the Ultrafabrics brand and product offering to customers at all levels – expert adviser/educator who always adds value.
15.Maintain customer files and information through proficient use of the Ultrafabrics CRM system.
16.Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
17.Excellent organizational skills showing attention to detail, accuracy, and focus.
18.Exhibit strong computer literacy with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sage CRM.
