What Are We Looking For

MultiplyMii is in search of a Controller who will be working with our client, a US-based company specializing in Finance, Accounting and HR support services. They offer a comprehensive suite of outsourcing and consulting solutions designed to enhance operational performance and drive productivity.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full financial close cycle, including both transactional accounting and financial statement preparation. You should have experience working in a multi-client environment and be comfortable handling a wide range of financial responsibilities. This role requires a hands-on approach to transactional work combined with strategic financial oversight, making it ideal for a professional who enjoys diverse tasks and client interactions.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal.

This role is 100% work from home.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

Full Accounting Cycle Management: Handle all aspects of the accounting cycle, including journal entries, reconciliations, and transaction processing, ensuring accuracy in financial statement preparation.
Monthly Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate and timely monthly financial statements to clients.
Financial Forecasting & Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain corporate forecasts to support client financial goals, budget preparation, and business planning.
Multi-Client Project Management: Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring high-quality service delivery across varied industries.
Client Engagement & Leadership Collaboration: Partner with internal team members and client leadership teams, building strong relationships and adapting to diverse client environments and industries.

About You

Core qualifications:

Experience: 5-10 years as a Controller, Finance Director, Finance Manager, or similar role, ideally in a multi-client or consulting environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Accounting Systems Expertise: Proficiency in QuickBooks (required), Xero, and other mid-market accounting systems.
GAAP & IFRS Knowledge: In-depth understanding of GAAP and IFRS for compliance and reporting.
Accounting Cycle Proficiency: Skilled in managing the full accounting cycle from transaction-level work to financial statement preparation.
Financial Reporting: Demonstrated experience in accurate and timely financial reporting.

Advantageous

Certifications: CPA, CA, or similar accounting certifications.
QuickBooks Certification
Advanced Excel Skills: Proficient in Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
Data Analytics Tools: Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for financial analysis.
