Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Staff Product Manager to spearhead the development and enhancement of our Conversational AI Experiences product. This pivotal role will focus on optimizing customer interactions through natural language technology, facilitating effective self-service and agent-assisted support for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Roadmap Development: Articulate and share a strategic roadmap for the Conversational AI product. Oversee the product backlog by prioritizing features, crafting user stories, and setting acceptance criteria that resonate with user requirements and market trends.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams to pinpoint customer challenges, validate product proposals, and promote product adoption and expansion.
• Partnership with Engineering and Design: Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and effective product delivery, proactively resolving any issues or dependencies that arise.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to guide product strategy and sustain a competitive advantage.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics of success to gauge the impact of product features, utilizing data-driven insights to refine and enhance offerings.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in product management, particularly with conversational AI interfaces, chatbots, or virtual agents.
• Profound understanding of conversational AI, natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLMs), and user interface design principles.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities, with a proven capacity to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders across the organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, employing data and customer feedback to steer product direction and priorities.
• Strategic thinking coupled with effective day-to-day product management.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI technologies.
• A successful track record of launching and managing technology products that effectively engage users.

Compensation And Benefits

For positions based in the Bay Area, the base salary ranges from (158,500 to )277,500, in addition to equity (where applicable), variable compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package. Individual total compensation will vary based on qualifications, skill level, and location, encompassing health plans, a 401(k) plan with company match, an employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), matching donations, flexible time-off policies, and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements).
