What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Drive effective conversion processes and build client relationships during the conversion phase
• Collaborate with management and internal teams to identify conversion needs and ensure appropriate follow-up
• Manage the onboarding cycle, including planning, setup, execution, and project management
• Provide troubleshooting support during the testing and conversion phase
• Conduct online meetings to orient new employees or customers and perform training

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6-8 years of directly related experience in the mortgage or related industry
• Strong customer service and internal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Strong background in mortgage operating systems/applications and related software
• Familiarity with change management concepts and practices
