We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our Business Affairs team. Our Business Affairs team oversees the Legal functions of our business. They manage a variety of matters including legal processes and policies, contract management for clients and vendors and the creation of legal documentation and agreements.

This role would provide support for our Business Affairs team. Your Impact

  • Monitoring the Legal team’s email inbox and frequently communicating with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders on business and legal needs.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal agreements and licenses, including but not limited to project specification letters, statements of work, non-disclosure agreements, master services agreements and data license agreements. You will work with legal counsel on creating revisions to agreements when applicable.
  • Managing and coordinating the company e-sign process via DocuSign.
  • Tracking the status of all project contracts and keeping internal documentation updated with the latest developments.
  • Collaborating closely with our Finance team to address issues pertaining to contract status and revenue recognition.
  • Maintaining the company’s legal records and distributing legal document templates for internal stakeholders to use when needed.
  • Managing a broad range of vendors and freelance contractors. You will assist with the onboarding process and the drafting of vendor contracts.
  • Managing data deletion requests made to NRG by our survey respondents and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Assisting with additional related projects as requested by the Vice President, Business Operations and other senior executives.

Who We are Looking For

  • Experience – We’d love for you to have 2+ years’ of relevant experience in business and/or legal operations.
  • Degree – BA/BS degree in a relevant field, including but not limited to Business, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Law and Communications.Graduate degrees are welcome!
  • Passion – You have an enthusiasm for business and legal operations. An interest in entertainment and technology industries is preferred as well.
  • Communication – Excellent communication skills are required as you will be interfacing with colleagues at all levels as well as clients and vendors. You possess strong proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Problem-solver – You excel as an independent problem-solver. You demonstrate the ability to tackle challenges autonomously and find effective solutions.
  • Expert multitasker – Successfully manages time and multiple competing priorities to ensure deadlines are always met. You have no problem with changing direction on priorities when needed.
  • Project management – Effectively able to manage projects to completion with minimal oversight. Staying organized is a must for managing projects!
  • Hawk-eyed attention to detail – No errors get past you and you do all that you can to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Self-starter – Internally-motivated who continuously strives to get things done well, regardless of challenges encountered.
