We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Transport Structures team. This is an exceptional career opportunity for an engineering leader to be a part of shaping the Gold Coast’s future. About the role The role leads a team of engineers and technicians responsible for overseeing the integrity and performance of structural assets on the transport network including bridges, culverts, causeways, retaining walls and roadside slopes. The annual salary range is $133,554 to $186,482 (plus superannuation) which includes a critical skills incentive payment of up to $35,975 per annum until 30 June 2025 (with annual reviews thereafter) to attract and retain a high calibre candidate.
