- Utilise qualitative and quantitative research methods to assess community needs for primary care professionals and GP training capacity.
- Collaborate with Victorian Primary Health Networks (PHNs) on data planning, collection, and governance.
- Develop high-quality evidence to inform strategic decision-making.
- A relevant degree in public health, data analytics, or a health-related field and/or five years of experience in similar roles.
- At least two years of health research experience and proficiency in quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
- Strong understanding of data governance and accessible reporting.
- Experience with tools like NVivo, SPSS, Qualtrics, and PowerBI.
- Familiarity with Primary Health Networks and the GP training system in Australia.

The opportunity:
Join our Strategy and Performance team as a dedicated Coordinator – Workforce Research, contributing to the Commonwealth-funded Workforce Planning and Prioritisation Program. In this key role, you will facilitate the statewide collection and analysis of critical data, identifying community needs and opportunities to expand Victoria’s primary care workforce. Your insights will inform strategies to enhance GP training capacity and strengthen workforce planning, ensuring sustainable healthcare delivery across the state.
