Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Corporate Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This unique role offers the opportunity to wear multiple hats and have a significant impact across various functions within the company, including Finance, Human Resources, Social Media, and Product Management.

As a multi-functional Business Partner, you will play a strategic role in supporting the growth and success of the business. You will partner closely with department heads and other key stakeholders including Accountants, HR Business Partners, and the Administration team, providing analytical and operational support to achieve departmental goals while aligning them with the overall business strategy.

Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Collaborate with HRBPs to develop and implement HR initiatives, policies, and programs.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

Finance & Budgeting:

  • Partner with the Accounting team to develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and
  • financial reports.
  • Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
  • Create engaging social media content, manage online communities, and monitor social media analytics.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.

Product Management (Light):

  • Work with product managers to understand product roadmaps and timelines.
  • Assist with market research and competitor analysis.
  • Communicate product updates and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and operational support to various departments across the organization.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in a business partner or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proven experience with budgeting and financial modelling.
  • Working knowledge of HR practices and experience partnering with HRBPs is preferred.
  • Experience in social media marketing and content creation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with product management principles and experience collaborating with product teams is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
