As the Corporate Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in our organization, championing our brand message across target markets to enhance lead generation efforts for our sales team. You will be responsible for formulating and implementing a detailed annual marketing strategy that aligns with our business development objectives. In this capacity, you will orchestrate powerful event marketing initiatives at prominent industry gatherings, elevating our brand’s presence and engagement levels. We seek a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities who can ensure our narrative resonates effectively with our audiences and underpins our growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate in the development of the annual marketing plan.
- Create compelling content for diverse marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and promotional platforms.
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects relating to lead generation and content marketing efforts.
- Maintain corporate marketing processes and workflows to ensure efficiency.
- Provide concise and timely updates on ongoing marketing campaigns to team members.
- Direct internal and external communication strategies, including the generation of various written materials.
- Manage the marketing component of our CRM system.
- Coordinate activities associated with external associations and organizations, such as memberships and sponsorships.
- Supervise social media marketing initiatives, including content creation.
- Analyze campaign performance and present insights to key stakeholders.
- Measure success through campaign effectiveness against strategic goals.
- Prepare and oversee marketing budgets for both corporate and business unit-specific initiatives, ensuring adherence to financial parameters.
- Serve as the primary contact for managing logistics related to industry memberships and partnerships.
- Facilitate all activities related to our presence at events, including registration and coordination for clients and prospects.
- Ensure seamless execution of event experiences, including creative booth designs and associated marketing campaigns.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Excel and related data entry applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Superior proficiency in written and verbal communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, customer service, sales, training, or a related domain.
