Job Overview

As the Corporate Strategy Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping our company’s strategic direction. Serving as a key collaborator with the head of Corporate Strategy, you will liaise closely with the CEO, CFO, and other executive leaders. This role involves driving the strategic planning initiatives, translating high-level strategies into concrete action plans, and providing crucial operational support to the executive functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the strategic planning process by collaborating with the Senior Director of Corporate Strategy to drive operations behind strategic planning cycles, track execution, and optimize leadership meetings.
  • Manage executive operations, including participation in executive team meetings, taking detailed notes, and tracking key action items to ensure accountability regarding strategic priorities.
  • Create and manage the corporate calendar, meticulously mapping out major milestones, planning cycles, and executive sessions for seamless execution.
  • Lead and design in-person execution weeks aimed at resolving the company’s most intricate challenges, fostering collaboration and informed decision-making through structured sessions.
  • Work collaboratively across functions, checking in with directly responsible individuals (DRIs) and business operations teams to monitor key initiatives, identify misalignments, and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Develop and prepare executive materials, including board presentations and reports, to enable leadership to effectively communicate strategy.
  • Assist in the goal-setting process by partnering with HR and the CEO to align company-wide objectives with the overarching corporate strategy.
  • Act as a connector among the leadership team, ensuring that the right stakeholders are engaged in decision-making and maintaining clear communication across departments.

Required Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, program management, strategy, operations, or as a chief of staff within a technology-oriented company.
  • Strong understanding of business operations with proven ability to manage the logistical and operational demands of the executive team.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving strategic planning and execution, keeping teams focused on essential objectives.
  • A collaborative mindset with low ego, prioritizing team success over individual recognition.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, adept at managing multiple priorities and ensuring smooth information flow.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, fostering trust and building strong relationships.
  • An ambitious, problem-solving mindset with a passion for learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Additional impressive qualifications may include:
  • Knowledge of the privacy & security SaaS industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in financial and valuation analyses.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles is a plus.

Compensation And Benefits

The annual base salary for this role ranges from (108,750 to )163,125 USD, contingent upon various factors, including location, skills, and experience. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits, including:
