Country Manager (Remote)

You’re flexible: cruisers count on us 365 days a year, so we count on you evenings or weekends, in shifts. In return, we’re flexible too if you have things to do during ‘working hours’.

As a Senior member of the crew, you’ll play a key role in supporting our sales and customer support colleagues exceeding sales goals. Don’t worry if you have never worked in tourism before, we’ll teach you! This is a very varied role that will involve direct contact with our customers and cruise line partners. You’ll create amazing relationships that contribute to our success. You’re passionate about problem solving and going above and beyond to provide an industry leading service. Your organisational skills will help us improve productivity and ensure our small (but mighty) team keeps wowing customers. You will be encouraged to bring your own ideas, experiment, improve and create processes – this is your time to shine! 

Your reward?

A base salary of €3000 monthly gross + performance based bonus

In fact, we take onboarding so literally – you’ll get to experience cruising first hand in your first few weeks with us. 

Responsibilities:

• Planning and developing internal processes
• Hiring and training key team members
• Building marketing channels
• Monitoring trends and the market – providing continuous feedback to the team
• Making product development suggestions based on user feedback
• Managing bookings
• Turning inquiries into satisfied, returning customers
• Legal and finance administration
• Maintaining customer satisfaction above 4.8

Superpowers Required:

• A proven performance track record of personal and team sales results
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• An ability to think outside of industry norms
• Creativity and a desire to change things for the better
• An energy that lights us up
• A sense of unparalelled optimism
