Role Overview:
As the Benelux Country Manager, you will be instrumental in establishing the brand and advanced warehouse automation solutions. Your responsibilities will evolve over time, starting with implementing a go-to-market strategy and progressing to building a local operation.
Key Responsibilities:
– Implement a go-to-market strategy, including processes, methodologies, and commercial tactics across multiple channels.
– Establish a portfolio of successful installations and develop a network of local partners.
– Build and maintain a solid pipeline to support future business growth.
– Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
– Communicate regularly with the management team on budget achievements, sales strategies, and market conditions.
– Support and collaborate with Marketing, Solutions, and Project Management teams.
– Offer insights on market trends, competition intelligence, and solution development.
– Set objectives and execute plans for personal development targets to ensure continuous business and team growth.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is proactive with strong communication skills and possesses:
– A minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Engineering, Software, or relevant fields.
– Over 5 years of extensive sales leadership experience in Material-Handling Automation, Warehouse Management Systems, and Material-Handling Equipment.
– Diversified, multi-channel sales management experience across industries such as E-Commerce, 3PL, Pharmaceutical, and Retail.
– A proven track record of strategic thinking, exceeding sales targets, and crafting practical solutions.
– Experience with value-based selling and ROI presentations.
– Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with superior presentation abilities.
– Strong entrepreneurial drive, high energy, and a “self-starter” attitude.
– Willingness to travel frequently.
