Role Overview

As a Clinical Study Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operational aspects of multiple clinical trials. From study startup to database release, you’ll ensure the seamless execution of protocols and maintain high-quality standards throughout.

Responsibilities

Leadership and Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with external partners to ensure timely delivery of study milestones.

Quality Oversight: Monitor and review deliverables from external vendors to ensure adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements.

Strategic Input: Work closely with Clinical Project Managers to provide operational insights and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.

Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate study risks, ensuring site readiness and compliance.

Training and Development: Coordinate investigator meetings and protocol training sessions to ensure alignment with study objectives.

Requirements

Experience: Demonstrated experience in clinical trial management, with a strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory operations.

Education: Preferably a scientific or technical degree, with a Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple complex studies, oversee CROs, and manage study budgets effectively.

Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
