About the Job: The CourseSales Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of the CourseSales app, a critical tool for managing and promoting online course offerings. This role requires a combination of technical skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the online learning landscape.

App Development and Maintenance:

• Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure the app’s functionality, user experience, and alignment with the company’s branding.
• Oversee the app’s ongoing development, including updates, bug fixes, and new feature implementations.
• Monitor app performance and user metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Course Management:

• Integrate the course catalog into the app, ensuring accurate information and smooth enrollment processes.
• Manage course pricing, promotions, and discounts within the app.
• Monitor course completion rates and student satisfaction to inform future course offerings.

Marketing and Sales:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the app and drive course sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging app content and promotions.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize marketing efforts.

Customer Support:

• Manage customer inquiries and support related to the app and course purchases.
• Provide timely and effective assistance to app users.

Data Analysis:

• Collect and analyze data on app usage, course enrollments, and sales performance.
• Use data insights to inform strategic decisions and improve app functionality.

Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years experience in CourseSales App development and management.
• Strong understanding of online learning platforms and technologies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in marketing and sales strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the hospitality industry or related field is a plus.

Monthly Salary (PHP): ₱60,000 – ₱65,000
