Responsibilities:
1. Creative Vision and Strategy:-
– Develop and articulate the creative vision and direction for the brands.
– Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, brand identity, and target audience.
– Translate client objectives into compelling visual concepts and strategies.
– Stay updated with current industry trends and creative techniques.
– Ensure that the studio’s creative work aligns with the client’s brand and meets their
requirements.
2. Team Leadership and Management:-
– Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, including photographers, videographers,
stylists, and designers.
– Provide clear creative direction and guidelines to the team members.
– Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
– Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient workflow.
– Conduct regular team meetings and reviews to monitor progress and provide feedback.
– Develop the skills and talents of the team through mentorship and training opportunities.
3. Project Conceptualization and Development:-
– Collaborate with clients and internal as well as external teams to understand project
objectives and requirements.
– Brainstorm creative concepts and ideas for product/model photography and videography
projects
.- Develop storyboards, shot lists, mood boards, and other visual references to communicate
the creative vision.
– Participate in client presentations to articulate and sell creative concepts.
– Ensure that the studio’s creative concepts align with the client’s goals and brand identity.
4. Quality Control and Creative Execution:-
– Oversee the execution of creative concepts throughout the production process.
– Provide artistic and technical guidance to the team during photography and videography
shoots in collaboration with the DOP.
– Review and approve final visual materials, ensuring high quality and adherence to the
creative vision.
– Collaborate with post-production teams to ensure consistent and impactful visual
outcomes.
– Monitor project progress, ensuring that deadlines and client expectations are met.
– Conduct quality control checks to maintain the studio’s creative standards.
5. Client Relationships and Business Development:-
– Collaborate with the account managers and sales teams to understand client needs and
objectives.
– Participate in client meetings and presentations to present and discuss creative concepts.
– Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat
business.
– Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and pitching
creative ideas.
– Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to provide innovative and
relevant creative solutions to clients.
6. Creative Branding and Marketing:-
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain the studio’s creative branding
and identity.
– Ensure consistency in the studio’s visual assets, including its website, portfolio, and
promotional materials.
– Contribute to marketing campaigns by providing creative insights and concepts.
– Participate in industry events, workshops, and conferences to network and showcase the
studio’s creative capabilities
