Role Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate candidate for the role of Creative Graphic Designer. This is a full-time remote position requiring 2-5 years of experience in the US market. This role is for our long-term client which is one of the top Law firms in California.

As a Creative Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing graphics, logos, branding materials, and social media content. You will also be involved in corporate branding activities to ensure consistent visual styles across different platforms and campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to take direction, turn concepts into visuals, communicate with peers, and implement feedback to create a final product.
  • Responsible for delivering effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy for existing templates, web pages, product graphics, advertisement, social media graphics, and brand campaign initiatives
  • Develop and execute high-quality graphic design materials for various marketing initiatives, including print collateral (brochures, presentations, ads, packaging, etc.), digital collateral (website assets, email, and social media), photos, and videos are a plus.
  • Create visual content for the client’s website and social media such as illustrations, animations, photography, or other digital artwork.
  • Design pitch decks, presentations, signage, and other client assets as needed
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other client team members to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.
  • Translate marketing strategies into visually appealing and compelling design concepts. Bringing an experimenting mindset to the table.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design materials, including preparation of production-ready files for all mediums, including digital and print
  • Possess excellent organizational to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
  • Stay up-to-date with visual research, industry trends, and best practices, and understand how, if at all, to incorporate them into our brand strategy. 

Skill Set

  • Extremely detail-oriented, consistent, and responsive
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, layout, and logo design.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey creative concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to translate complex information into video or other allied easy ways to communicate visually
  • Ability to think creatively and aesthetically
  • Experience in creating visually appealing designs
  • Having good knowledge of all the graphic and current design trends

Requirements

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign are a must), video and sound editing tools
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and MS Office tools
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Able to work in PST time zones and has experience catering to the North American market.
  • Great attention to detail and quality control with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication (Spoken and written English)
  • Excellent leadership, and organizational skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of professional work experience in a business or corporate marketing team
  • Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
