Position Overview

We are in search of a Marketing Manager who possesses a strong creative vision and excellent project management skills. As the Marketing Manager, you will lead and execute paid digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, e-commerce, and email marketing. Managing our creative services team, you will oversee collaboration across departments and ensure project delivery within set timelines.

Location Flexibility:

Although our preference is for on-site work, we are open to remote work arrangements for candidates who meet the qualifications required for the role.

Responsibilities

Leading the creative services team to produce impactful marketing materials that drive measurable results.

Collaborating with the VP of Marketing to monitor and optimize website performance.

Developing and communicating strategic visions based on market insights to meet customer needs effectively.

Analyzing and optimizing paid campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

Identifying growth opportunities in existing and emerging marketing channels.

Conducting competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.

Performing market research and customer analysis to effectively target diverse customer segments.

Staying updated on industry developments and emerging technologies in paid advertising.

Presenting campaign enhancement recommendations and reporting on their success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Design, Marketing, or related field.

At least 5 years of experience in wholesale and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing.

Proven track record of delivering strong ROI through paid media campaigns on multiple platforms.

Proficiency in web analytics tools and the Google Suite.

Experience in managing teams and collaborating across departments.

Demonstrated success in email marketing and campaign performance analysis.

Experience with Affiliate Marketing is advantageous.

Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC management, and content strategy.

Ability to effectively communicate campaign growth and analytics to stakeholders.
