We are seeking talented and experienced Packaging Designers to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Creative Packaging Designer, your primary responsibility will be to transform innovative and visually appealing ideas into reality across various digital and print platforms. You will collaborate closely with our customers to develop and execute captivating designs that align with their brand image and marketing objectives for their packaging products. Your artistic flair and meticulous attention to detail will be essential in creating engaging packaging visuals that resonate with the customer’s target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop packaging solutions for various products.
• Conduct thorough research before initiating design projects.
• Collaborate with team members and American clients to ensure design specifications are met.
• Utilize AI tools and software in the design process.
• Meet tight deadlines and manage workload efficiently under pressure.
• Ensure all designs are pre-press ready.
• Maintain effective communication and teamwork.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Creative Packaging Designer.
• Experience in designing various types of packaging such as labels, boxes, shrink sleeves, blisters, tubes, and pouches.
• Pre-press experience is essential.
• Experience working with different markets and countries.
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging designs (Portfolio must only include packaging design work).
• Ability to work with American clients and adapt to American holidays.
• Fast internet connection and own computer.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $700 – $9000 USD + Bonuses (depending on experience and contributions)

Work Schedule – Mon – Fri from 8am to 5pm (CST)
