Key Responsibilities
- Own and articulate the vision for new products and services, collaborating closely with service designers and strategists to establish service design, business models, pricing, investment requirements, and operational strategies.
- Drive the discovery process by gathering and analyzing feedback from financial advisors to identify strengths, areas for enhancement, and opportunities for refining services.
- Design and conduct pilot programs, employing A/B testing to evaluate various features and operational models, while rigorously tracking results to inform data-driven decisions.
- Carry out pricing and business model analyses, developing comprehensive business cases that support the services you will create.
- Build and lead a cross-functional team throughout the discovery and launch phases, ensuring all facets of the service are addressed and aligned.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to communicate your vision, track progress, and provide insights that align with overarching business goals.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to utilize data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Experience in digital sales and marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with designing and refining business models, products, and services for strategic growth.
- Expertise in human-centered design and the facilitation of collaborative workshops.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business or product management, development, or strategy consulting, with a focus on corporate strategy, innovation, or product development.
- 1-2 years of experience in Digital Sales & Marketing or Lead Generation is highly desirable.
- Preferred: A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Corporate Strategy, or a related field.
- Significant experience within fast-growing companies, particularly in launching and scaling products.
