What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage and track multiple creative projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal partners, translating requests into actionable project plans
• Identify potential roadblocks related to resources and timelines, engaging in proactive problem-solving
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers, and Copywriters to enhance the creative process
• Lead meetings and communicate project progress with stakeholders effectively

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 5-8 years of experience in account management or project management roles with an agency or in-house creative team
• Proven track record in client and account management, delivering results through strategic execution
• Strong experience in project management, including small-scale projects to multi-tiered campaigns
• Knowledge of general advertising and marketing principles
• Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with project management tools such as Workfront

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong presentation skills and ability to influence customers
• Familiarity with managing creative projects in a fast-paced environment
