What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage and track multiple creative projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives
• Build rapport with internal partners and clients, translating requests into actionable project plans
• Identify potential roadblocks and mitigate risks related to resources and timelines
• Collaborate with creative teams to elevate creative thinking and maintain project quality
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project progress and lead necessary meetings

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 5-8 years of experience in account management or project management roles with an agency or in-house creative team
• Proven track record in client and account management, delivering results through strategic execution
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence clients
• Extensive experience managing small to multi-tiered campaign projects
• Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with project management software such as Workfront; knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
