We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of marketing to join our team at Heath Media, a marketing agency specializing in high-impact paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Google. This role is pivotal in crafting compelling, brand-aligned visual (static images & video) content that drives engagement and conversions. You’ll collaborate closely with our media buying team to ensure that all creatives are not only visually stunning but also strategically designed to achieve campaign goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ad Creative Design & Development: Create, edit, and optimize image and video ad creatives specifically tailored for Facebook and Google ads to drive engagement, clicks, and conversions.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all creatives align with each client’s brand guidelines, tone, and style across different platforms, preserving brand integrity in every piece while testing different ideas.
Campaign Collaboration: Collaborate with the media buying team to brainstorm and align creative concepts with campaign objectives, audience targeting, and budget considerations.
Video Production: Film and edit client testimonials, as well as edit video content for our internal courses.
Content Production Support: Organize and execute photo/video shoots (as needed), source stock materials, or coordinate with external content creators to meet project needs.
Creative Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of client creative assets, ensuring efficient access, version control, and archiving of assets for ongoing and past campaigns.
Key Outcomes:
- Client Retention: Maintain a monthly churn rate below 10%, reflecting client happiness and loyalty. If a client stays with us, they’re showing us with their hard-earned money that they’re happy.
Cost Efficiency: Contribute to a decrease in CPA by ensuring high-quality, optimized ad creatives that attract the right audiences.
Error-Free Execution: Produce flawless, mistake-free creatives that align with client goals and are scalable across platforms.
Timely & On-Budget Delivery: Complete all creative deliverables on time and within budget to meet client expectations.
Revenue & Profitability Growth: Drive performance through engaging creatives, ultimately increasing campaign ROI and supporting company growth.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ year(s) of experience in videography and video editing, with a portfolio showcasing previous work or personal projects.
Adobe Proficiency: High-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere, with additional knowledge in After Effects being a strong advantage.
Creative Production: Experience in shooting, creating, and editing ad creatives for digital platforms.
Platform Insight: An understanding of the unique culture and trends of each social platform is desirable to be able to tailor creatives to resonate with the target audience.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of video fundamentals such as camera functions, audio, lighting, and compositing.
